All suites include 24/7 access, keyless entry, utilities, WiFi, and use of all shared common areas including the reception and waiting area, break room, and laundry. We handle cleaning of all common areas and shared bathrooms.

Weekly rates range from $175 and up depending on the suite's individual features. You can pay weekly or monthly. Please see our suite list for specific pricing and availability.

We offer 6 and 12 month agreements.

We welcome all licensed professionals and small businesses. Beauty, wellness, and beyond. If you need a private, professional space to work, we'd love to have you.

Yes. Your suite is yours around the clock. Every door in the building uses coded keyless entry, so you can come and go on your own schedule. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.

Yes. We are located on the second floor with stair and elevator access available.

Yes, plenty of free parking is available for both tenants and clients.

Select suites have in-suite plumbed water access. Suites without in-suite water have access to hall sinks. Please refer to the suite list to see which suites include water. If your suite has existing plumbing, a sink or wash bowl can be installed if one is not already.

Yes. A washer and dryer are available in the break room for all tenants.

Absolutely. We want your suite to feel like yours. You're free to decorate and make cosmetic changes. No structural changes permitted.

Yes. Suite sharing is available for an additional $50 per week. Your sharer will be added to your agreement and will have their own access code to the building. You remain responsible for the full weekly or monthly payment and can make your own payment arrangement with the sharer directly.
